I have been recognized by the Council Of Residential Specialists and have earned their prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.  High standards of experience and education are required to obtain this designation.  It is claimed by only 5% of real estate agents nationwide .

I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), which is a designation awarded 
to real estate professionals who have had advanced training in real estate 
negotiation.  This gives your agent an edge in obtaining the best results for 
you during your real estate transaction.

I am an
Managing Broker, having completed advanced Broker education.

I have also earned the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council's Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, as well as the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist
(ALHS) designation from the Luxury Home Concil, both underscoring advanced 
                               training in buyer's reprentation and luxury home sales.
           I am also a Accredited Staging professional (ASP), having earned that designation
           from the Association Of Staging Professionals.  An ASP understands the staging
           and presentation of homes and has the practical application needed to stage a home
           in order for it to sell for the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time.
And in addition I am "green certified".  Green Certified Real Estate Professionals (GCREP) have completed the most recent and up-to-date overviews of green building, energy ratings, green certifications, client resources, sustainable design and other "green" issues relevant to the real estate profession.
Professional Organizations
I am a Realtor.  Not all real estate agents are.  I pay dues and hold membership in the 
National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors and the 
Seattle-King County Association of Realtors.  I am subject to their high Code of Ethics.   
Only Realtors can hold the designations outlined above.  You can be sure when you
work with a Realtor that you are working with a person of integrity.  Look for the big
"R" on the business card.  It means something.
